Security Deposits
Security deposits (not to be confused with rental deposits) are to be paid 30 days prior to arrival/occupancy, and will be returned after your departure. Security deposits are refundable only if your rental is left in satisfactory condition. Security deposits are not included in the list price, and should not be confused with rental deposits (see below). Security deposits may be required subject only to management discretion. The preferred method of payment is with a credit card. A credit will be issued to the card holder if the rental is left in satisfactory condition. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.

General Information
-Guests must be 21 years old to make a reservation.
-Occupancy and parking is limited, and will be strictly enforced.
-New listings may not appear in booklet, please inquire.
-Published prices are generally for peak season
-OFF-SEASON PRICES may be available in JUNE and SEPTEMBER.

-No grills allowed on condominium balconies
-NO PETS/ANIMALS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED, except with written consent on rental contract and an additional security deposit.

What to Bring
-Kitchens are stocked with standard items: these include pots, pans, silverware, dishes, a toaster, and a coffee maker. Other items, such as a blender or corkscrew may not be stocked.

- Linen and Towels depend on the type of rental. The guest is responsible for his or her own linen and towels at all HOUSE and APARTMENT rentals.
Linen and towels are provided in all CONDOMINIUM rentals.

- Pillows, blankets, and bedspreads are supplied in all rentals.

- Fans, beach chairs, and VCR's, soap, trash bags and toilet paper are not supplied in all units. Please bring your own.

- Cable TV (or satellite) is standard in all units. (Except 15 Hampton)

Reservations
- We allow owners to make requests for weeks in the upcoming summer for their units in the fall of each year. Following that, return renters have priority on the unit and week they had during the previous summer. New reservations start after January 1 for the following summer.

- Return guests are encouraged to write us early in the fall or winter to request their preferred accommodations. We expend considerable effort to honor our family of summer guests, but please remember, accommodations are always subject to availability.

- If we can accommodate a request we will communicate a tentative schedule confirming the dates and request a rental deposit to confirm your reservation.

Rental Deposits
Rental deposits are due within two weeks of your receipt of notice confirming reservation dates. Rental deposits are payable with a personal check, bank check, or money order and will be applied to your rental fee.

- Once we receive your rental deposit we will mail you a receipt as confirmation. Any rental balance due must be paid one month prior to arrival/occupancy.

- Upon arrival please be ready to pay a security deposit if necessary, pay any overdue rental balance, and pick up your keys, house rules, information, etc.

-We hope having these policies will make your vacation planning easier. Please call with any questions.

Refunds
Sorry, no refunds under any circumstances.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to arrival/occupancy.

Canadian Exchange
Please use appropriate US currency in all transactions.
