Proulx Properties, a seashore rentals and
management company, was conceived in the mid 1960's from a
humble vision that a real estate rental and sales agency might
be of service to the international tourism industry of Old
Orchard Beach during the summer months.
What began as a seasonal summer business soon
blossomed into a year-round endeavor with fall and winter
clients.
Mr. and Mrs. Proulx, affectionately
known to many clients as Georgette and Gerry, were the prime
movers, facilitating the growth which continued thru the 70's
and 80's.
The business has continued to evolve
and change over the years, but it still maintains it's #1 mission
priority of being of service to others. We offer year-round
and seasonal rentals and maintian our own rental properties.
We are still reachable personally and daily either by phone
or by email.
Our main goal is to provide quality
customer service to our guests with our own summer rental inventory.
We encourage our clientele to ask questions or voice any concerns
they may have and continue to offer personal service and attention.
Georgette and Gerry Proulx continue
to oversee operations on a daily basis and share their many
years experience.
